Body odor can
be a very embarrasing complaint to have. Body odor is the
smell of bacteria that grows on the body and multiplies with
sweat. The areas of the body that are most affected by body
odor are underarms, anus, feet and in between the thighs.
The most common causes of body odor are fungal infection,
addictions such as smoking and drinking, release of toxins
released from the body while sweating. if you are a bigger
person like me I sweat under the breast but the best cure
I have found is to use baking soda as your powder instead
of perfumed powders. There are a list of other natural treatments

Drinking Water for Body Odor - Drinking plenty of water
through the day flushes toxins from the body and this helps
to reduce the body odor really good.
Tea Tree Oil for Body Odor - Rubbing
eight drops of tea tree oil under the arms or anywhere you
sweat helps to stop body odor and sweating.
Baking
Soda for Body Odor - One of the easy and simple things
to use for body odor is baking soda. Apply under the arms
or anywhere you sweat as it absorbs sweat and kills bacteria.
Taking a Bath for Body Odor

The easiest way to stop body odor is to keep yourself clean.
So taking a bath everyday and using an antibacterial soap
really helps.
Foods that cause Body Odor
- Avoid foods such as garlic, onion, meat and alcohol to combat
body odor.
