get. Athletes foot is a skin disorder that affects many parts
of the foot and people who have athletes foot can become carriers
of the infection. I had athletes foot when I was younger and
it started just between my toes getting very itchy but as
it got worse it got very sore
and I looked up everything
I could on how to get rid of it so I would like to share some
of my natural treatments with you for athletes foot.
One thing I do all the time now is if we are using
showers someone else uses I have a pair of rubber thongs I
always wear in the shower.
Onion Extract for Athletes Foot - Mix
a mixture of onion extract with water and apply to the parts
of the foot that is infected with athletes foot.
Tea Tree Oil for Athletes Foot - Apply
tea tree oil to your feet as it acts as a wonderful anti fungal
agent for athletes foot.
Vinegar
and Water for Athletes Foot - In
a dish combine
a mixture of one part vinegar to four parts lukewarm water
then soak your infected foot in it twice a day for half an
hour.
Bleach
for Athletes Foot

One of the most affective remedies for athletes foot is to
soak your feet in a solution of household bleach for 10 minutes.
Cotton
Socks for Athletes Foot - Always wear cotton socks as
they let your feet breath and are excellent to prevent athletes
foot.
