NATURAL
REMEDIES FOR ASTHMA
I suffer with asthma
and there is nothing worse than feeling like you can't breeth.
Asthma is a chronic lung disease and the inflammation of the
airways affects the way the air enters and leaves the lungs
making breathing hard. When you have an asthma attack the
airways become narrow or obstructed which makes it hard for
the air to move in and out. One of the causes of asthma is
airway inflammation in which the airways become red, swollen
and narrow another cause is bronchoconstriction this causes
the muscles that encircle the airways to tighten and go into
spasms which makes it very hard to breath. Some of
the causes of asthma are lack of exercise, genetic
factors, dietary changes, occupational exposure and enviromental
factors.
Dry Grapes for Asthma - Soak
dry grapes with seeds in 150 grams water at night then next
morning remove the seeds and chew them one by one very slowly
then add a little sugar to the remaining water and drink it.
Do this for a month and the lungs will be strengthened and
the poisonous waste will be out of your body.
Fennel for Asthma - Chewing fennel regularly expels
infected mucous from the lungs and helps to relieve asthma.
Garlic

lot easier.

grams of linseed then when there is only 1/3 of the water
left add some sugar candy then drink 1 teaspoon as much as
