NATURAL REMEDIES FOR ARTHRITIS

Arthritis is a very painful thing to live with and there are so many different arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and gout these are the most common forms of arthritis. There are different causes of arthritis such as joint instability, hormonal factors, enviromental factors, psychological factors, food allergies and nutrient deficiency. Arthritis means inflammation of joints and is a chronic disease as it can deform parts of your body such as your hands and feet. It is mainly seen in the elderly but sometimes even children can get arthritis which is very sad because of the pain.
