Angina
is a terrible thing to suffer
with and the pain can be in your shoulders, arms, neck, jaw
or back. It can just feel like you have a bad case of indigestion.

FOR ANGINA - A
very simple remedy for angina is to do
light exercise like brisk walking and another thing to do
is some aerobic exercise.

FOR ANGINA - Consuming two pieces of garlic that has
been boiled in milk is a great way of relieving angina.
GRAPEFRUIT
FOR ANGINA - Grapefruits
are excellent for toning up the heart and giving great protection
from various heart ailments. Fresh grapefruit carry great
value in the treatment of angina.
HONEY
AND LEMON FOR ANGINA - Honey
is one of the most excellent home remedies for angina. Mix
one tablespoon of honey with the juice of half a lemon in
a glass of water and drink it before retiring for the night.
LEMON FOR ANGINA
- Lemon stops the accumulation of cholesterol
in the blood vessels which prevents heart problems. Just daily

PARSLEY FOR ANGINA - One of the best home remedies
for angina is to make up a parsley tea as it is simple but
very effective. You can drink the parsley tea two or three
times a day.
