Angina is a terrible thing to suffer with and the pain can be in your shoulders, arms, neck, jaw or back. It can just feel like you have a bad case of indigestion. When I had my first attack it was like I had real bad pressure in my chest. Angina is the most common coronary artery heart disease it is caused by a build up of plaques in the coronary arteries. When this happens the arteries become constricted and stiff which restricts the blood flow to the heart. Less blood flow will also decrease the blood flow to the heart muscle. There are many natural remedies for angina and below is a list of these natural remedies. Some of the things that cause angina are cardiovascular disease, aorta conditions, aortic valve disease and coronary heart disease.



Exercise for Angina.EXERCISE FOR ANGINA - A very simple remedy for angina is to do light exercise like brisk walking and another thing to do is some aerobic exercise.


Garlic for Angina. GARLIC FOR ANGINA - Consuming two pieces of garlic that has been boiled in milk is a great way of relieving angina.
