older friend of ours use to always take celery tablets for
her arthritis and use to say how much they helped her.
Celery is good as an anti-inflammatory, antirheumatic, relieves
gas and stimulates urine flow. The juice from the stems and

seem to retain fluid. The celery stem, leaves and seeds helps
stimulate the kidneys to cleanse the salts that accumulate
in the joints causing dtiffness and inflammation. Eating 3
stalks of celery daily lowers blood pressure.

Celery seeds are taken to relieve
gas and bloating. The seeds should not be taken during pregnancy
or if you have kidney disease. Just remember to that some
people can get allergies even with natural things so if you
are a person who gets allergies just start with a very small
ammount to see if you are alergic to the seeds. The seeds
are taken to ease joint and muscle pain and stiffness especially
when it happens in the early morning. Celery seeds can be
taken to relieve symtoms of gout and to prevent recurrence.
